Sprint’s self-proclaimed best-in-industry Black Friday wireless offer is back on for an unspecified “limited time”, and ironically, its sole purpose is to make it easier and especially cheaper to enjoy truly unlimited service until January 31, 2018.
Once again, you’re asked to pay $60 for your first line of unlimited data, talk and text, $40 for the second one, and nothing for the third, fourth and fifth members of your family or circle of very close friends. Not a single dime. Nada.
All in all therefore, a clan of five “Now Network” subscribers merely need to cough up $100 a month, which is $60 less than T-Mobile’s best similar offer, and can save you up to a whopping $120 every 30 days when switching away from AT&T. Verizon? There’s probably nothing Sprint likes more than to remind us Big Red’s customers “aren’t even offered the opportunity to sign up for a plan with unlimited data.”
That might be so, but of course, you also have to consider device prices, monthly payment plans, coverage, network reliability and speed before settling on one of America’s four major carriers. Or maybe you’d like to give an underdog a helping hand en route to nationwide fame and mainstream popularity.
