Foxconn wants to create ‘global consumer electronics leader’ by buying Belkin, Linksys and Wemo brands

Foxconn Interconnect Technology, a subsidiary of the world's largest contract electronics manufacturer, has "definitively" agreed to buy Belkin International for over $860 million in cash.
